The Polar Verity Sense optical heart rate monitor gives you complete freedom of movement, as well as several options for viewing and recording your workouts. With Bluetooth®, ANT+ and internal memory, Polar Verity Sense can also be connected to sports watches or apps to see in real time or record your workouts to the internal memory for later data review.

Polar Verity Sense uses Polar's high-quality 6-LED optical heart rate measurement solution for heart rate measurement.
Multiple connection options
With the Polar Verity Sense sensor, you can transmit your live heart rate data to a variety of fitness apps, any Bluetooth-compatible sports and smart watch, ANT+-compatible cycling computers, and Bluetooth- and ANT+-compatible gym equipment.
Built-in memory
The built-in memory of Polar Verity Sense can store 600 hours of training data. You can also synchronize your data with the Polar Flow app for analysis.
Comfortable textile wristband
The Polar Verity Sense armband fits stably, comfortably and discreetly on your arm. The strap is made of soft textile and can be washed in a washing machine. The sensor holder is removable.
Swimming goggle strap fastening buckle
Attach the buckle to the strap of the swimming goggles and enjoy the experience of infinitely comfortable heart rate measurement. Polar Verity Sense is sure to stay on your temples.
Signal range
When the Polar Verity Sense sensor is in its holder, the signal range is up to 150 meters. Without the holder, the signal range is up to 40 meters.
Heart rate sensor mode
Transmit your heart rate to any Bluetooth- or ANT+-compatible app, watch or gym equipment and track your heart rate in real time.
Recording mode
Record your training on the internal memory and later synchronize the training data to the Polar Flow application. As a result, you get your heart rate, training length, visual display of heart rate zones, training gain and calories burned.
Swimming mode
Place the Polar Verity Sense sensor on the swimming goggle strap attachment buckle on your temple and record your training session in the pool. You get your heart rate, pace and distance.
