The meeting of natural fibers with technical fabric: the hybrid short-sleeve t-shirt is designed to fit in any situation, be it water or land. This makes the merino short-sleeved top a stylish addition to every rowing wardrobe.
FEATURES AND DETAILS
Stay warm in the cold, stay cool in the heat: merino wool is the perfect material for all outdoor activities. The combination of 41% Scottish merino, 51% polyester and 8% elastane makes the t-shirt universal. Cooling: Moisture is carried away from the body and absorbed by the wool. As a result of the surrounding warm air, the moisture in the material evaporates, resulting in ideal evaporative cooling. Here, the insulation properties of the wool serve the cooling function. Warming: during training in the cold, body heat warms up the natural air chambers of the wool fibers, the air stays in the chambers and does not escape to the outside. The merino short sleeve top is cut three inches longer in the back to cover the lower back during full range of motion. Raglan sleeves provide enough mobility for every movement.
DESIGN
Probably the most beautiful red ever worn in an Austrian select collection: Washed-Out Red, a special burgundy – or smoky pink, tabby – as the merino wool fibers give it a natural retro look.
We developed the perfect look and feel of the ÖRV Fan collection in cooperation with the rowers of the Austrian national rowing team, Magdalena Lobnig and Rudolf Querfeld: the design of the national team of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris is included in every piece of the ÖRV Fan collection. The mountain and wave patterns are reminiscent of modern, colorful Austria. That is why all fans are part of the Olympic project of the Austrian Rowing Association.
COMFORT
True Regular Fit, the t-shirt has a slightly loose fit, a little larger than the short- and long-sleeve t-shirts made of technical material from the ÖRV Fan collection. Our model, Marlene, is 180 cm tall and wears a size L.
