Collection: Rowing gloves

The inevitable consequences of regular and long-term rowing are water blisters and calluses. To prevent these discomforts, this durable and ergonomic glove was developed specifically for the sport of rowing.

The palm part of the glove is made of thin, microfiber synthetic leather, which does not slip. It adheres optimally to the handle of the paddle, and at the same time provides an ideal paddling sensation.

Thanks to the ergonomic design, the glove fits perfectly on the hand. The material does not wrinkle on the palm in the position in which the rower holds the paddle.

The wrist part of the glove is made of neoprene material and can be adjusted with Velcro.

The gloves were developed by the Austrian company Evupre (formerly known as Rowtex) and have been successfully marketed worldwide for more than 12 years.
The two rowers - Martin and Tobias - started development in 2005 with the aim of creating a hard-wearing, durable rowing glove that acts like a second layer of skin on the palm: it provides protection against blisters, but does not interfere with feeling of paddling.
They achieved their goal by finding the right material and creating the ideal cut. The material: microfiber Clarino artificial leather is thin, soft and flexible. And it retains this quality even after thousands of blows.
And the special cut can be felt as soon as you put on the gloves: the shape is slightly curved, which keeps the gloved hand in a position as if you were already holding the handle of the shovel.

There are now several models available in their offer according to different needs: summer and winter, as well as those with thin and thicker palm parts for those with sensitive and less sensitive palms.

• LP (light protection): light protection.

  The upper part of the glove is made of flexible mesh material.

• LP + (light protection plus): light protection in cold weather.
  The palm part is made of thin, soft, single-layer microfiber synthetic leather. This provides adequate protection against blisters, but does not interfere with the feeling of paddling through the thin layer.
  The upper part of the glove is made of thick, fluffy material on the inside, which provides protection in cold weather.

• SP (strong protection): strong protection.
  Developed for particularly sensitive hands. Extra padding on the palm at the points where chafing and blisters most often occur.
